Acknowledgments
The investigators would like to thank the operators
and agencies that have contributed data to this project. Also,
we thank Roland Guidry, Director of LOSCO, for his assistance
in notifying the public and government agencies of our mission.
Also, thanks to R. Hampton Peele of the Louisiana Geological Survey
for his advice and consultation with the project.
The Homesite Company's publication, "2001-2002
Expanded Lake Charles Petrochemical Directory," was very
helpful in determining pipeline destinations and plant operations.
Without this resource, the investigator would not have been able
to address problems with pipeline operator identification or pipeline
commodities.
LGS graduate student Vijaiamernath Prammagnaanam was also helpful
in developing pipeline features for this project.
